Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with charming furniture but lacks main lighting, and some premium rooms with balconies do not offer mountain views, which can be disappointing. The service is efficient and friendly, providing all necessary information to guests. It's situated near the main street in town and is walkable to Interlaken OST, offering easy access to various attractions.
The hotel offers very comfortable rooms with all the amenities one could ask for, although they tend to get very hot requiring doors to be kept open. The huge balcony is a nice touch. The service provided by the staff, especially Abdul and the assistant manager Karim, sets it apart from other luxury hotels in Western Europe. The location, although slightly distant from Interlaken Ost, is great for exploring the town and engaging in regional activities. The dining options are varied but could include more choices like omelettes or pasta.
Staying at the hotel was like a dream come true with wonderful surroundings and amazing dining experiences. However, the rooms lacked ventilation and air conditioning.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel in the center of Interlaken with an excellent view of the mountains. The rooms were both cheap and tacky but surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and exactly like the photos with beautiful antique furniture, a nicely renovated bathroom, balcony, couches, and two large beds.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quiet and offered a terrific view of the mountain, but they were located in a separate building, which meant we had to walk outside to reach the main building. The standard of the room allocated to me was very low compared to the junior suite.
The hotel has a convenient location, close to the train station in Interlaken. The rooms were disappointing with wet carpets, stained items, and an uncomfortable bed. However, the service from the staff, including the GM, was professional and friendly. The dining options were good, offering a decent variety throughout our stay. The facilities were decent but not exceptional.
